2:39 pm	Shots Fired at Melbourne, FL Mosque Hate Crimes Shots fired at Melbourne mosque, no injuries reported Associated Press [via Orlando Sentinel] Posted September 23, 2006, 11:26 AM EDT MELBOURNE -- Shots were fired at a mosque as members celebrated the start of the Muslim holy month of Ramadan, but no injuries or arrests were reported, authorities said today. A member of the Islamic Society of Brevard County stepped outside of the mosque Friday night to use his cell phone when he heard several gun shots, the Melbourne police department said. The member, who was not immediately identified, took cover behind a wall as several rounds struck the building's south side, police said. He then ran inside and told mosque members, who called police. Authorities searched the surrounding area for suspects but found none. "He's a child, not an animal," Sanchez said. "Why is he in chains?" For years, the same question has haunted lawyers with the Miami-Dade Public Defender's Office. On Monday, they acted to unshackle the children who appear in their courtrooms. If they are successful, their tactic is likely to spread across the state. They think Florida's practice of routinely chaining children during court hearings -- regardless of their age, size, alleged offense, or likelihood of misbehavior or escape -- is psychologically abusive and counter to the rehabilitative goals of the juvenile-justice system. Asking judges to halt the "degrading and unlawful" practice in Miami-Dade County, the lawyers filed motions on behalf of each youngster who appeared in juvenile court for detention hearings. Interestingly enough at least some of their pictures are of people that are not who these boneheads claim. In addition to this at least one person on this list is a minor which is another violation (8m) of the agreement. This means that we can get this site taken down! When Josephus Johnson heard a "gurgling" sound coming from Willie Durden's cell at Cypress Creek Juvenile Offender Correctional Center in Citrus County on Oct. 13, he went inside and found the 17-year-old cold, limp and without a pulse. But cardiopulmonary resuscitation wasn't begun for 20 minutes because "some of these kids will play pranks," Johnson told an investigator with the state Department of Juvenile Justice, according to records provided to The Miami Herald. Instead, he was ousted because he could not uphold public trust while participating in such groups, they said. An arbitrator disagreed, ordering the State Patrol to reinstate Henderson within 60 days and pay him back wages. The state went to court Friday to keep him off the force. Normaris Colondres, a mother of three who was arrested a week ago on a theft warrant from Puerto Rico under the name of Zaily Torres, suffered injuries to her head. She was later admitted to Orlando Regional Lucerne Hospital. Relatives said Colondres was severely beaten and complained they were not given the reason for the confrontation with jail staffers. Since this article was posted Bill White has started his own Nazi group, the American National Socialist Workers Party, and has appointed himself commander of this fledgling group, or has been appointed such by the sycophants who followed him in the wake of his exodus from the National Socialist Movement. One of the websites for the ANSWP contains the following statement, which we think is hilarious. (It also is further evidence of the often bizarre world that is the white supremacist movement.): "On July 18, 2006, 21 former state and unit leaders of the National Socialist Movement, along with 96 comrades, declared a break with Jeffrey Schoep and his National Socialist Movement, having cited him for numerous offenses against the party, not the least of which was his continued patronizing of convicted sex offenders, his own personal checkered history, and his 15-year lond relationship with the former Chairman, Cliff Herrington, who was married to a non-white woman and actively engaged in Satan worship – Satan worship which included sexual acts with young teenagers." The candidate, expressing his opinion in a letter that he submitted to a weekly publication, said that those immigrants "constitute an attack force from the Third World against America." But the words that some Hispanic activists see as offensive -- and embarrassing -- didn't come from a U.S.-born candidate complaining about an alien invasion. The arrests stem from a federal indictment for allegedly conspiring to intimidate minorities. The incidents mentioned in the indictment occurred in December 2002 and March 2003. In the first incident, Walker and three other National Alliance members - - Massey, Egbert and an unnamed individual -- allegedly threatened "individuals of minority racial and ethnic heritage" and assaulted a Mexican-American man in a bar in Salt Lake City; in the second, Massey and the unnamed individual allegedly threatened and assaulted a Native American man outside another Salt Lake City bar. The antifa in question pled "NO CONTEST" (which is not an admission of guilt and is not the same thing as a "conviction"–something that White, with his long history of arrests and court cases, should understand) to a reduced charge of resisting arrest without violence. This plea bargain was offered by the State Attorney's office after they, obviously, viewed the videotapes from the Feb. 25th police riot and other evidence, and found that there was absolutely no basis in fact for the misdemeanor and felony charges of battery and assault that our comrade originally was facing. The 500-page report that was produced after six years of study also said the violence, which killed as many as 60 people, was not a spontaneous riot but rather the nation's only recorded coup d'etat. "There is no amount of money that can repair what happened years ago and compensate for the loss of lives and the loss of property," said vice chairman Irving Joyner, a professor at N.C.
